  • How can I update or cancel an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may still update or cancel your order by sending a request to info@island-jewels.com.

  • Can I checkout without making an account?

 

Definitely. Just fill in the order form after you checkout.

  • How to exchange or return an item?

 

Due to hygiene reasons, our products cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • What happens after I send a custom order?

​

We will get back to you within 24 hours with more information regarding the availability of requested sea glass color/s and cost.

  • How long does a custom order take to complete?

 

It will normally take 1-2 weeks before custom orders are ready to ship.
